If you feel like the verdict in the Kyle Rittenhouse case is unjust, then you need to get your news from better sources. This was a victory for Self-Defense and a victory for Justice.

Kyle Rittenhouse, 17 years old at the time, went to Kenosha, Wisconsin in order to help protect law and order in the face of violent Antifa and BLM protesters. Three of these protesters decided to physically attack Rittenhouse resulting in 2 dead and 1 wounded. After 40 hours of deliberation, the jury hearing the case returned an unanimous decision of “Not Guilty,” on all charges.

Next up for Rittenhouse should be defamation lawsuits against Leftist Media Outlets and Democrats, including the sitting President Joseph Biden who mislabeled Kyle as a White Supremacist out looking for trouble.

Meanwhile in Georgia, Travis and Gregory McMichael face murder charges in the Ahmaud Arbery case. The Ahmaud Arbery case can best be summarized as a young black male jogger who was confronted by residents of the neighborhood after he had been seen trespassing inside a home that was under construction and equipped with cameras.

At the time Georgia had a “Citizens Arrest,” law which allowed for the lawful detaining of a suspect known to have committed a criminal offense. Georgia has since repelled this law but at the time the McMichael’s and another neighbor had attempted to stop Ahmaud Arbery when a physical altercation broke out between Arbery and Travis McMichael who was armed with a shotgun. Ahmaud Arbery ended up dying that day and now the McMichaels face charges which could result in them spending the rest of their lives in prison.

Onto a lighter subject. College Basketball. The College Basketball season tipped off this past week and has already brought forth some elite teams with NCAA championship aspirations. Duke, with Coach K announcing this would be his final season coaching, stands at 5–0 after beating #10 Kentucky in their season opener. Duke will face their greatest challenge of the season when they host #1 Gonzaga on November 26th.

The Zags, that is the Gonzaga Bulldogs are currently the top team in the country led by a talented group of upperclassmen including Drew Timme and Andrew Nembhard. Gonzaga beat #5 Texas by double digits but will get tested quickly with upcoming games against #2 UCLA (Tues. 11/23) followed immediately by #7 Duke.

UCLA sits at #2, #3 Kansas, and at #4, my favorite to win it all this season the Michigan Wolverines led by their head coach Juwan Howard. The 3-1 Wolverines suffered a heartbreaking 2-pt loss to Seton Hall but have otherwise looked dominant and are led by questionable the most talented team in the country. Juwan Howard has built a team poised to be dominant for years to come. Sophomore Hunter Dickinson (7–1, 260) is unquestionably the best Center in college basketball and Seniors Eli Brooks and Brandon Johns Jr. are experienced and steady in the back court. Michigan also has an infusion of blue-chip underclassmen highlighted by Caleb Houstan (6–8, 210), Moussa Diabate (6–11, 210) and Sophomore Terrance Williams II. Watch out for this team.

Rounding out the top 10 is perennial powerhouse Villanova, Purdue, Duke, Texas, and Baylor.

That’s all for now. Until next time. Go Fish.
